Was wondering what to cook, decided to read some blogs for inspiration, checked the fridge and I&#039;ve got the lot (except the wine, but I do have some Ernest Hill &#039;Chicken Shed&#039; Chardonnay left that will stand in nicely).  Great recipe, thanks :)</description>
