But I reckon you're on the right track. dtm: I will look forward to seeing you sweat it out next year... I'm sensing indian inspired signature drinks may just make an appearance... I had a taste of both Nolans and Jen's signature drinks, and they were both very tasty, but I have no idea the exact ingredients that went into them. Nolans was a shot of espresso with some spices, and then some kind of lavender infused cream on top... Jen's was a raspberry and chocolate and cardamom concoction... Amelita: Yeh they were all buzzing after a while... there were lots of them though so the taste buds don't get too burnt out, but it's a tough job.
