I just discovered the Green Tea House yesterday and was so impressed by the honesty and dedication of the owner that I ended up buying quite alot! I'm sipping an iced green tea as I write this and it's wonderful. The shop sells special glass jugs that make preparing iced tea so easy. My only concern is that this shop will get so much business that Mr Wasaki won't have time to talk with his customers!! He's a special person in this day of impersonal service and excess consumerism.

Hey mate, yeh it is a great place indeed. I'll be heading back just as soon as we've used up this supply of gyokuro and matcha... It's always cool to find little places like this.

heh looks like you found the place too eh? mr wasaki is the most sincere and honest to goodness storeowner jen and i have yet met. we had the same experience as you where he suggested us to not buy stuff because it wouldnt be suited to us. its a great little place to learn about green tea and tea in general and the tea is sensational.
