Actually no that didn't happen, but freaky things like that happen in Perth all the time. Glad you enjoyed the recipe anyway, and esp glad you found a great place to eat in Perth. I made it last night for me and my fiancé and we had it with olive bread. It turned out so great I’m planning to make it again for a dinner party we’re having in a few weeks. I just added some mushrooms and a capsicum and made it quite spicy. The funny thing I browsed around your site a bit and saw the photo of the scallop and pork cheek dish from Andaluz and thought, hang on? I just ate that! That’s when I realised you’re in Perth. I’m from Melbourne but I was actually in Perth for the first time just last week for work and that’s one of the places I went out for dinner! Funny coincidence, especially since this post is several years old.
